We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return has been accepted we will send you a return shipping label. As well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we don't accept returns for jewellery (for personal hygiene reasons), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know of the steps to take moving forward. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

So you just bought some new crystals, here’s how to Cleanse, Care & Activate them so you are getting the most from them.

 Cleansing:

When you buy a new crystal you always want to Cleanse it as it would have been through a few hands before it got to you. You want to remove any previous energy it has picked up, here are some of my favourite ways to cleanse my crystals and the shops crystals.

1. Water: I love using flowing water from a stream or the tap. As I rinse the crystal, I visualize the water washing away any negativity it may have absorbed, leaving it refreshed and pure. Some crystals are best to not have contact with water so just check this for the specific crystal you are cleansing.
2. Salt: I often bury my crystals in a bowl of sea salt overnight. It feels like the salt draws out all the built-up negative energies, leaving the crystal feeling lighter and brighter in the morning.
3. Smoke: Passing my crystals through the fragrant smoke of sage or palo santo is a favorite ritual of mine. It's like giving them a spiritual bath, cleansing away any lingering negativity and filling them with positive energy.
4. Sunlight/Moonlight: I enjoy placing my crystals in a sunny spot during the day ( just don’t leave them in the sun too long, some crystals can fade in the sun so check the crystal you are cleansing isn’t prone to fading) or under the moonlight at night. It's like recharging their batteries, infusing them with fresh energy and vitality.

Caring:

1. Handling: I handle my crystals gently, almost like holding a delicate flower. I'm mindful of their structure and edges, ensuring I don't accidentally chip or scratch them.
2. Storage: I like to keep my crystals away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their colours and energies.
3. Regular Cleansing: I try to cleanse my crystals regularly, especially after intense use or if they've been around heavy energies. It's like giving them a little spa day to keep them at their best. Ones I use regularly I will cleanse once a week.

1. Intent: Before activating a crystal, I take a moment to center myself and set a clear intention for its use. Whether it's for healing, protection, or manifestation, I focus my thoughts and energy on that specific purpose.
