Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell we only accept exchanges NOT Refunds for all goods. We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bespokecrystalsnz.com. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning item to us for exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, please wrap well for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
