SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all New Zealand and Australian orders over $100. Please note that free shipping excludes Rural and RD addresses. We are unable to dispatch to P.O. Box numbers.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to the United States, Canada and Europe. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations prior to placing your order as these charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total.

Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Once your order has been collected by our courier, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address, so please ensure your details are correct at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and all the information you need to follow your parcel on its way to you.

Rural and RD Deliveries
Please be aware that Rural and RD address deliveries may take longer than standard delivery timeframes.

Delivery Days
Pick up and delivery operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
